Daniel O'Brien is a Court-Certified Data Forensics Expert (NY Supreme Court) and is trained and licensed in the X-Ways Forensics platform. In addition to Expert Witness work, he assists attorneys and clients with technical analysis for litigation and legal issues. In 2018 he liaised directly with the Manhattan D.A.'s Office, Cybercrimes Division.
